Standard Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please note:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping costs

All returns must include a copy of your original receipt.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned merchandise must be:

• In resaleable condition
• Properly packaged to prevent damage during transit

Refunds cannot be processed for items returned in poor condition.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving your return.

Return Shipping

For your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx or insured parcel post. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. Customers must file any shipping damage claims directly with the carrier.

Special Orders

Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
